Each session provides non-strenuous stretches and easy breathing techniques followed by either a short or long game topic.

Explore ways to improve your short and long game, course management, mental stamina, nutrition, and more.

Topics vary weekly.
Open to women, men, all golf skill levels, members, guests and non-members.

TIME: 9:00 – 10:00 am. Please arrive 10 minutes early

SESSION FEE: $20.00 members, $23.00 non-members

WHAT TO BRING: An open mind, golf clubs, wear comfortable clothing or golf attire
